The traditional way of analysing a business is mostly diagnosis without real implementation. It’s structured, but often disconnected from how a business actually runs day-to-day. That’s not how I operate.
I focus on what’s really happening inside the business, where systems break, where processes fail. Then, I fix it by building structure and connecting everything into one controlled system.
My approach didn’t come from a traditional path.
I started as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager, where I developed a habit of identifying flaws and building structured solutions. I’ve since applied that across multiple businesses, including situations where operations were close to collapse and needed to be rebuilt from the ground up.
